The Peninsula Pulse has been Door County’s locally owned, trusted source for Door County news, arts, entertainment and literature for nearly 20 years.“As a writer for the Pulse, I’ve always seen my objective as striving to tell the most honest Door County story I can find,” says contributing editor Myles Dannhausen Jr. “Through the videos the Pulse sponsors in this venture, I get to help tell them through a new medium, which of course allows us to get those stories to more people. Growing up on the peninsula, I know that these are great stories deserving to be told – inspiring stories.”In September of 2015, the Pulse launched a new website, DoorCountyPulse.com, that guides visitors to the best of the Door Peninsula through it’s stories, events, arts, and its best aspects known only by true insiders.
